At AlwaysJean, we are committed to ensuring you love your purchase. As a small business, we do not accept returns, but we’re always here to make things right through our flexible exchange and repair options.

Exchanges

If your item isn’t quite what you expected, we’re happy to work with you to exchange it for another product (or combination of products) of equal value.

Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be in their original condition and unused.

Repairs

We stand behind the quality of our products. If something isn’t right, we will repair your item at no additional cost.

Repairs may require photos or a brief description of the issue.
If the item cannot be repaired, we will offer an exchange of equal value.

Non-Returnable Items

Because we are a small business, all sales are final, and we do not issue refunds.
